“Having discussed the session with our Romanian colleagues, they found the day to be interesting, practical, challenging and above all extremely useful. They all felt that it has helped them since returning home, and they now consider a number of key issues around their mentoring process and its future success. Karyn’s style was very supportive and flexible to the needs of those on the day and we would not hesitate in recommending her.”
Sue Dewberry, reporting on the Business Link Wiltshire and the South West Rural Enterprise Gateway “Women in Rural Business Programme” conferences, said: “Karyn Buck, The Learning Ladder Ltd, provided a half hour training session on networking skills – which was inspirational and interactive.”
