Qualified and experienced in management, mediation, and education, Heather has a strong track record in innovative, interactive training, having set up and led in-house, regional and national workshops in the South East.
Heather has experience in marketing, project management, research, staff management, volunteer training, communication and bespoke skill sharing in the voluntary sector, as well as in safeguarding and in well-being.
In addition to her work as an Assistant Principal in a College of Further Education, Heather was seconded as a national specialist advisor. An experienced, well qualified mediator, Heather is currently employed in leading on conflict resolution, offering bespoke training packages and workshops, with experience too in training Oxfordshire’s taxi and bus drivers. Heather is the go-to person when dealing with conflict – and her workshops are always memorable.
