Step 1 – Training Needs Analysis
We will talk to you to find out which areas of your business would benefit from staff development.
The training programme can include accredited and non-accredited training and can cover multiple training needs.
Examples:
- Management
- Customer Service
- Project Management
- Communication
- Personal Development
- Computer Skills
Step 2 – Accessing Funding
We just need to check that:
- The training is not something that you are legally obliged to provide.
- Delegates will be aged 19+ and are in paid employment (part-time or full-time).
We will complete the funding documentation for you.
Step 3 – Registration
Delegates will need to complete an enrolment form and provide:
- Proof of existence (copy of passport, birth certificate or national ID card)
- Proof of employment (pay slip or contract)
- Proof of address (usually driving licence or utility bill)
- Evidence of level of learning (completed initial assessments or copies of relevant certificates).
Help and support with this process is provided and there is a flexible format to assist.
Step 4 – Training Programme Delivery
Course delivery is flexible and will be designed to meet the needs of your business. It can include full days or a modular format.
Courses can be accessed on-line or can be delivered in-company, at the College or at an agreed venue provided by you.
Step 5 – Evaluation and Follow Up
As part of the funding requirement you will be asked to provide written evidence of impact from the training e.g. a letter or a change to a job description.
