Phil Walsh

Phil_Walsh_150Phil is an enthusiastic and positive training and event facilitator. He has spent over 10 years in the Learning and Development industry developing a wide range of experience. Prior to moving to full time facilitation, Phil held a Directorship at a Learning and Development Agency responsible for the global sales and marketing function. Phil managed client relationships with some of the world’s largest and most prestigious organisations.

Phil has worked with audiences at many different levels; facilitating for senior global executives from multinational companies, coaching senior partners from top 10 global law firms, facilitating for first level leaders at the dotcom division of one the UK’s biggest retailers, coaching college students and facilitating activities for festival goers.

Phil has facilitated a wide range of topics and industries. His topic knowledge includes; business finance, customer centricity, strategic decision making, sales process, supply chain, lean, business improvement, personal effectiveness, teamwork, communication styles and telephone skills.

Phil is an extremely flexible presenter who is able to tailor his delivery style to suit the situation, audience and crucially the outcomes required. Phil demonstrates cultural awareness in his facilitation running programmes in many regions across the UK as well as mixed nationality programmes across Europe. Phil has experience of working in India, China, Singapore and North America.

Phil is a qualified Master Practitioner in NLP and uses this in all his facilitation and 1-2-1 coaching to maximise impact and performance. Phil is committed to his own personal development and continues to attend courses and lectures as well as further reading especially in the fields of NLP, neuroscience, sales, clean language and coaching.

Phil has a natural curiosity in everything he does which often helps people to question their own thinking and develop new opinions.

Phil holds positions at three other organisations; volunteering in the business partnerships team at Oxfam GB, being invited to become trustee of a charity helping women and children in the slums of Kampala and volunteering on the steering group of a local educational group.

Phil is also a fellow of The Royal Society of Arts.
